We guarantee your satisfaction with all the platforms of Vape Dragon. If you receive a damaged or defective item, wrong product, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Please see our Cancellation & Return Policy for more information.

- If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether or not we consider the item to be defective. If we find that it is, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
- We accept returns of all unopened, unused and undamaged products
Note: All E-Liquid products are NON-Returnable once opened.
Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Feel free to contact us before placing an order.
- The “Customer Service department” upon consultation with the management will change/replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day the product has been received.
- The Return Policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you
Note: Any product must be returned in original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. We cannot accept a return without all the included items and will have to send the product(s) back to you.
- All products claimed to be defective will be examined upon arrival. Any damage caused by the buyer will constitute a void of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit(s) back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
**How to send your product to Vape Dragon Store? How much will it cost you?
- Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge. If you live outside Dubai, please send your product by Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge. And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, the customer must pay the transportation cost.
MISSING / BROKEN ITEMS
- All missing and broken items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
- For order cancellation requests, please use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
